    1. explain clozapine and rationale
    2. bipolar man currently depressed, hx, mgt
    3. pregnant anticipating post partum psychosis,not keen to go back on lithium
    4. adhd hx from mom
    5. explain link between depression and heart dis, to medical student
    6. EUPD self harmed at prison, capacity and discharge to prison
    plan
    7. angry mom about new scz diagnosis, told not over heard
    8. transference

    PM
    1. Lower limb examination
    2. Anorexia prognosis and EUPD
    3. Alcoholic hallucination
    4. Frontal lobe but not exclusive
    5. Risk of violence in morbid jealousy
    6. MSE - psychosis radiation from neighbours
    7. Risk associated with wandering in dementia take collateral history (take history but never disclose information without consent from patient even if the patient with dementia unless you assess capacity or its mentioned in the brief. However, in this station, its worth stating this at the start with empathy as I believe the mother is admitted and you speak to her daughter)
    8. Old age - MSE ( thinks that his grandson is the Messiah)

    1. Clozapine explanation ( worth mentioning heatwave precautions as recent death/s related to it)
    2. Metabolic syndrome ( screen for pre diabetes and other CV risks, exercise, healthy eating, dietician. This also depends on task)
    3. Assessing 16 yrs with manic/hypomanic features ( ask for EUPD and ADHD symptoms due to age, however depends on the task)
    4. Transference Reaction
    5. Serotonine syndrome ( always keep NMS, malignant pyrexia as differentials)
    6. MSE, postman psychosis (can be tweaked)
    7. Mother not happy with son's care with schizophrenia ( this is a communication station)
    8. Explain management of depression with MI to student

    PM
    1. MSE - grandson is the Messiah
    2. Depressed lady refusing social help (query capacity assessment)
    3. Barcode 666 (task is important this could be MSE one day and next day psychopathology and third day something else - College is good at this to tweak tasks )
    4. Lower limb examination

    6. Post alcohol - MSE plus cognitive
    7. Aspergers problems at work ( anxiety and OCD features)
    8. Risk assessment of violence was carrying knife

    1. Dementia history
    2. 5,7&8 cranial nerves
    3. Cognitive examination
    4. Social phobia ( ask for substance misuse/ autism)
    5. MSE - Barcode 666 (religious delusion/ overvalued ideas , task can be easily tweaked)
    6. Suicide risk assessment
    7. ADHD history ( think of co-morbid Autism)
    8. GBH history and extent of problem

    6 Explain bloods and meds to LD using pictures
    7 Weight gain on Mirtazapine
    8 SSRI and suicide risk , speak to mother

    PM:
    1 Cranial nerve 5,7&8 (don't forget the 5c)
    2 Psychosis - brother stealing thoughts
    3 Psychosis - Manager and co workers against him
    4 Psychosis bonfire ( I heard the tasks are tweaked like elicit primary or secondary delusion, MSE, risk assessment )
    5 Vascular dementia take collateral history
    6 Alcohol history with impact on mood (exclude anxiety/depression/mania)
    7 Risk Assessment post hanging
    8 OCD in mother of 6/52 old baby (exclude depression/psychosis)
